We're hiring Hybrid Program Coordinators to help deliver our school and after-school programming. This position involves both in-person work (schools across the GTA) and remote planning and coordination. You will help lead high-energy programming focused on positivity, wellness, leadership, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver interactive, high-impact in-school and after-school programs - Coordinate events, workshops, and special youth initiatives - Assist with program logistics and curriculum delivery - Collaborate on creative content and social media material - Engage with school staff and community partners on behalf of PLH - Represent PLH with professionalism and energy at all times
Requirements: - Must have a minimum G2 Ontario driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle - Must have completed a Vulnerable Sector Check within the past 12 months - Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (some remote work, some in-person school visits) - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills - High-energy personality, comfortable leading activities and engaging groups of youth
Bonus Skills: - Experience working in youth spaces, camps, or schools - Creative skills (e.g. dance, art, tech, spoken word, hosting, or video editing) - Basic familiarity with Google Suite, Canva, or content creation tools
