We are hiring a Certified Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter to take ownership of the plumbing and gas scopes across our multi-family residential construction projects in Edmonton. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for execution, coordination, and compliance — from permit application through to final inspection.

$124,500 per year plus bonus

• Complete all plumbing and gas work across multi-unit mid-rise buildings (rough-in to finish)
• Pull plumbing and gas permits as required by the City of Edmonton and applicable authorities
• Coordinate and book required inspections and ensure readiness for each phase
• Ensure all work is compliant with the Alberta Building Code, Plumbing Code, and Gas Code
• Read and interpret architectural and mechanical blueprints, site plans, and specifications
• Install and test water supply, sanitary, storm, and gas distribution systems
• Collaborate with site superintendents and project managers for schedule alignment
• Supervise and mentor apprentices or coordinate subcontractor crews as needed
• Maintain safety, quality, and code-compliant standards throughout the job site

• Journeyman Plumber certification – Alberta trade ticket required
• Class A or B Gasfitter certification – Alberta
• Ability to pull permits and manage inspections independently
• Minimum 5+ years of plumbing/gas experience, preferably in multi-family or commercial construction
• Strong blueprint reading and technical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic tools and PPE
