Position Summary:

As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing key strategic regional accounts across Canada and collaborate with our bottling partner in the management of those accounts. Work with our bottling partner to strategically support the sales, distribution and execution of our Monster brands within those accounts in the Canadian marketplace. Oversee the management of key regional accounts, MEPs, MLPs and Brand properties, and support the key areas of the business such as executional and sales priorities, operational effectiveness and strategic territory planning.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the overall revenue, volume, share and financial performance for key strategic regional customers across Canada. Includes: Regional Accounts / Distribution
  • Partners i.e. MEPs MLPs / Strategic Brand Properties. Collaborate with the Canadian Bottler to deliver execution in the marketplace within these key customers and channels

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint / Excel / Power BI / etc.)
