We are currently seeking a Temporary Billing Administrative Assistant for a short-term contract, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to our client's Head Office staff, focusing on billing-related tasks and workflow prioritization.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (40hrs a week)
Temporary/Contract: With possibility of extension
Wage: Starting at $22+/hr depending on experience
Immediate Start: Must be willing to provide 2 managerial work references from previous employers
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up customer accounts and assist with billing processes
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices
- Maintain organized billing records and account statuses
- Respond to inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support the finance team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounting, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
