Job Title: Java Backend lead (Hybrid) - Full time position

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Applications Development Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 10 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Required.
Master's degree. Preferred
- Certification:
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Required.
- Experience in applications development. Required.
- Experience in management. Required.
- Experience managing global technology teams. Required.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
