NewRoads Richmond Hill Subaru, a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that works well with a team and has a positive attitude. Someone that is an effective communicator to build relationships and provide our customers with an exceptional level of customer service.
Responsibilities of a Part-Time Receptionist role include:
- Promptly answer the telephone in a warm and inviting manner.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representatives or departments.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Welcome on-site customers, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
- Communicate with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
- Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Assist in the administration and coordination of dealer trades when necessary.
- Stock in vehicles when necessary.
- License new and used vehicles when necessary.
- Distribute mail and coordinate all courier pick-up when necessary.
- Additional duties as may be required.
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and alternating Saturday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
