Oakville Nissan & Oakville INFINITI, where Luxury Meets Sophistication, is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional F&I Manager to join our growing team. The F&I Manager plays a critical role in the customer journey by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions, maintaining compliance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Present and sell a full suite of financial and insurance products including extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and credit protection.
- Ensure all documentation related to financing, leasing, registration, and delivery is accurately prepared and submitted.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, leasing options, and lender offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements in accordance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal legislation.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance departments, and third-party providers.
- Maintain and manage internal reports, compliance records, and manufacturer audits.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle delivery and address any concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Attend ongoing training and development to remain current with industry best practices.
- OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1–2 years of F&I or automotive retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and financial software; experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is considered an asset.
