We are hiring an Experienced Inventory Warehouse Team Lead in Milton! We are looking for someone with leadership experience to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Overseeing pick line projects from implementation to completion
• Manually picking and packing all designated pick line sales orders
• Pulling orders and quantity from the correct location
• Utilizing hand tools to move, stack, and retrieve product
• Loading and unloading product utilizing forklift
• Utilizing scanner for product movement in the warehouse
• Assist in fulfilling product orders on time
• Monitoring or auditing known problematic storage locations
• Creating and posting inventory adjustment and inventory transfer journals
• Support cycle count and physical inventory process

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a lead role within a warehouse environment
• At least 2 years' experience in an inventory control related job
• Valid forklift certification and experience with Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker Forklifts
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Experience using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience working in a large warehouse setting is a strong asset
• Ability to speak Spanish and English is a strong asset but not required

Shift:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Pay rate:

• $25/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
