Location: Barrie, OntarioPosition Overview:
Support the Technical Sales Team through inside sales activities, quoting, and customer engagement. Collaborate closely with technical sales representatives and contribute to business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer quotations for products & services
- Collaborate with sales team to follow up on quotes and close deals
- Interpret technical specifications and support costing process
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate leads
- Maintain and update customer data and notes in CRM system
- Reconcile service projects and coordinate documentation for invoicing
- Support sales administrators with order entry and general administration as needed
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and maintain team collaboration
- College diploma (technical field preferred)
- 3+ years in a sales or sales support role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Technical aptitude and understanding of sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
