We are dedicated to collaborating with animal hospitals by enhancing their in-person services, extending care availability and easing the workload on brick-and-mortar practices. • Provide Emergency Virtual Triage: Offer immediate virtual triage assistance for urgent cases, assessing whether the situation requires emergency intervention and advising clients on first steps until they can reach in-person care.
  • Technical Support for Virtual Consultations: Ensure clients are prepared for virtual consultations by providing guidance on using the Smart.Vet platform and troubleshooting any issues to maintain a smooth consultation process.
