What You'll Do
As an E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor, you'll be hands-on in shaping our new Vaughan warehouse operations. Here's a look at your day-to-day:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Help set up and optimize warehouse layout and processes during the build-out phase.
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment to store and online channels.
  • Coordinate with store management, head office, and logistics partners to support business needs.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
  • Product knowledge and customer service/e-commerce experience is an asset.
  • Computer proficiency – must be experienced with WMS, order tracking systems, and shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or online marketplaces). Ability to use Excel, email, and barcode scanning tools to manage inventory and shipping documentation effectively.
  • Flexibility to work 6:30am to 3pm each day.
