Job Description:
- Create an exceptional guest experience with hospitality top of mind.
- Maintaining standardized steps of service.
- Ability to suggestively sell our food and beverage menu, noting guest preferences and allergens.
- Ensuring the accuracy of food and beverage orders.
- Ringing in sales into our POS system and processing payments, ensuring all items are accounted for on the bill.
- Processing payments in a timely manner.
- Complete all opening and closing duties according to checklists and operational standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization or the dining room and bowling areas.
- Maintain all health and safety standards when serving food and beverages.
- Effectively communicate with back-of-house team members to ensure our food timing standards are being met.
- Serve guests according to AGCO/SmartServe standards requirements.
- Stop serving guests according to AGCO/SmartServe requirements and standards.

Qualifications:
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
- At least 2 years of serving experience.
- SmartServe certification is a MUST.
- Safe Food Handling Certification (not required but preferred).
- Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, highlighting time management skills.
