We are currently hiring multiple Part-time Purchased Service Worker for our Passport program in Petrolia, Wyoming, Corunna and Sarnia, Ontario.

Purchased Service Workers provide professional support to people with developmental disabilities to be involved in their community, fostering independence and promoting inclusion to develop relationships. Their expressed purpose is to provide purchased supports to people supported by LCDS.

Current, valid "G" or "G2" Ontario Driver's License, and must have use of personal vehicle

Current certification in First Aid/CPR

Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain

Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check

Be legally entitled to work in Canada

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities an asset

• $25.03 per hour
• Part-time 20 hours per week including days, afternoons, weekends or nights based on what the person purchasing supports requests
