• Post-construction and turnover cleans

• Floor care (buffing, stripping, waxing)

• Flexible Scheduling: Monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, 2x/week, 3x/week, and daily options

• Build your ideal workload - part-time or full-time

• Opportunities to scale with additional cleaning contracts

• Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience

• Authorized to work in Canada (Valid SIN required)

• Clean criminal background check

• Reliable transportation and valid G-Class Driver's Licence

• Smartphone with data plan

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Committed to maintaining NCM's high-quality standards

• Flat-rate contracts ranging from $400 to $5,000+ per month

• Subcontractors invoice monthly and are paid every 30 days, on time

• Ongoing opportunity to add new contracts as they become available
