As we continue to expand across North America, we're seeking People & Culture Specialists with backgrounds in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition to bring their recruitment, engagement, and leadership expertise into a dynamic, flexible, and globally connected environment.

  • Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Leverage your expertise in hiring to connect with values-aligned individuals who are ready for career growth.
  • Client Engagement & People Development: Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through transformational conversations using proven tools.
  • Digital Communication & Marketing: Use your communication skills across online platforms like to drive global visibility and engagement.
  • Learning & Development Support: Help individuals to access high-quality personal growth resources and leadership development programs.
  • Culture & Retention Strategies: Promote inclusion, well-being, and a purpose-led culture among our growing community.

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Organisational Development.
  • Skilled in building relationships, influencing high level stakeholders, and delivering exceptional candidate/client experiences.
  • Strong communicator with comfort using digital tools (Zoom, CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Canva, and email campaigns, etc.).
  • Eager to apply transferable HR skills, such as recruitment, client engagement, and training, in a dynamic, non-traditional remote environment with global reach.
  • Passionate about success education, leadership, and helping others grow.
  • Located anywhere with reliable internet access.
