We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Driver to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient management of tools, materials, fleet, and inventory across multiple departments and job sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of all tools, equipment, materials, and shop supplies
  • Maintain detailed records of site visits and all delivered items
  • Oversee fleet vehicle coordination and manage the card return process
  • Order and track parts, supplies, and materials for various departments (Maintenance, QS, Service, New Installations, Modernization)
  • Maintain and manage stock levels using inventory control systems
  • Develop familiarity with industry-specific parts to effectively support field teams
  • Conduct regular restocking and inventory checks
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks; inspect shipments for accuracy and condition
  • Operate forklift for loading/unloading and warehouse logistics
  • Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed
  • Receive, document, and distribute packages arriving at the warehouse
  • Create and manage purchase orders using Oracle
  • Assist with safety coordination activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and office space
  • Perform general administrative duties and occasional on-site deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Take on other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Valid forklift certification and Class G driver's license (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general software tools
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
