We are looking for a reliable Forklift / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our client's team. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position that focuses on general labour (90%) with some forklift operation (10%). The job involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires physical strength and equipment experience.

Location: Waterdown, ON

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay: $24/hour (weekly pay every Friday, with 4% vacation pay added)

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and front-end loaders.
• Perform plant cleaning (sweeping and shoveling).
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily.
• Report any issues with equipment and follow repair procedures.
• Monitor production quality and record information.
• Follow safety guidelines and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in production or manufacturing.
• Valid forklift license and experience with forklifts, loaders, or scissor lifts (preferred).
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Must be bondable.
