We are a small in house design and production business since 2015 focused on dancewear, swim and activewear. We are searching for an experienced Freelance CAD pattern drafter to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone with strong technical foundation and passion for high performance, form fitting apparel. The ultimate candidate will create precise digital patterns for dancewear and activewear as required using CAD software ie Optitex, Gerber AccuMark, PAD or similar They will interpret design sketches and specifications into production ready patterns and print out or send digitally to home office; ensure patterns comply to our predetermined measurement charts; patterns must be considerate of the fabric properties and performance

collaborate on revisions and fitting adjustments

Grade to required sizes using CAD software; print out or send digitally

Pay will meet current market rates for this position and are based on a set predetermined fee per style and level of complexity
