Our Real Estate Client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their finance team on a contract basis to assist with a major Accounts Receivable project.

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Process invoices and credit memos in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve overdue accounts.
• Apply incoming payments accurately against outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.

TMGCT

• Real Estate Experience (Commercial or Industrial)
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficient in accounting software Newstar or Yardi
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
