Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Position Summary:

DNM Group is looking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, documentation, and orientation schedules
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats
  • Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Assist with tracking employee attendance, leaves of absence, and vacation accruals
  • Help ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and company policies
  • Respond to employee questions and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and performance management
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed
  • Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events or programs

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
  • Having or working towards a CHRP designation would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems an asset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
