Key Responsibilities
Dealer Trade Management:
- Source and coordinate vehicle trades with other GM dealers
- Manage documentation and transportation logistics
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory transfers
Deal Processing & File Management:
- Prepare and maintain complete deal files for new and pre-owned sales
- Assist with coordination and scheduling of vehicle deliveries
- Monitor deals throughout their full transaction cycle from sale, to bank funding, to final accounting posting
- Ensure documentation reflects Leggat's high standards of customer care and accuracy
Inventory Control:
- Maintain precise records for new and used inventory in the dealership system (PBS)
- Collaborate with sales team to track incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Uphold internal standards for clean, transparent reporting and accountability
Vehicle Licensing & Registration:
- Prepare and process vehicle licensing and registration in compliance with provincial regulations
- Ensure all documents meet customer satisfaction and legal standards
Manufacturer Program Compliance:
- Review and verify deals for eligibility under GM incentive programs
- Ensure accuracy of information to support prompt customer delivery and funding
- Stay current on all GM program changes to better serve internal teams and clients
Qualifications:
- Prior dealership experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred
- Familiarity with GM processes and incentive programs is an asset
- Proficient in PBS (dealer management software) and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Able to work collaboratively across departments, with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
