Position: Receptionist

Position Type: Part time

Location: Edmonton, AB

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday

Hours of work: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

A Typical Day for the receptionist:

• Greeting all customers
• Promptly answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate departments
• Ordering office supplies
• Sort incoming, outgoing and customer statement mail
• Lien Administration Support
• Other administrative duties as required.

What You Bring:

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Previous experience with office administration an asset
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with fast learning abilities
• Knowledge of Excel would be an asset
• Must be able to participate in and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
