Employment Equity Hiring Statement – Neurodiversity Hiring Initiative

This position is exclusively open to individuals who identify as neurodivergent, as part of our Neurodiversity Hiring Initiative. This initiative is a special measure under Section 16(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, which permits programs designed to reduce barriers and improve employment opportunities for individuals who have historically experienced disadvantage in the workforce.

Neurodivergence may include (but is not limited to) individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette's Syndrome, OCD, or other neurological or cognitive differences.

The purpose of this hiring initiative is to promote workplace equity, increase neurodiverse representation, and foster inclusive employment practices. We are committed to providing a supportive, structured, and accessible work environment.

If you identify as neurodivergent and meet the qualifications outlined in this posting, we encourage you to apply. Accommodations are available at any stage of the recruitment process.
