Territory & Partnerships Specialist – BC

We're the top pre-roll manufacturer in Western Canada, trusted by retailers and brands for quality, consistency, and speed. From in-house drops like Block Party and Dusk & Dawn to white-label production for emerging brands — we don't miss.

We're now looking for a Territory & Partnerships Specialist to represent TRYGG across British Columbia — someone who can manage cannabis retail relationships and help unlock new co-manufacturing opportunities. You'll work across channels, learn the full sales engine, and grow into a true operator in a company that's scaling fast.

You'll also act as an ambassador as we expand into new markets — helping tell the TRYGG story, build trust with new partners, and pave the way for growth in other provinces or countries. This is a high-learning, high-reward role for someone who wants to be part of something early and real.

What you'll do

Retail Sales (B2B)

  • Manage TRYGG's relationships with cannabis retailers across BC
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through of SKUs like Block Party, Dusk & Dawn, and Supreme
  • Maintain a consistent store visit schedule to service accounts and build trust
  • Launch new drops, run in-store activations, and represent TRYGG in the field
  • Gather on-the-ground insights and feed them back to the internal team

Co-Manufacturing Business Development

  • Support the growth of TRYGG's contract manufacturing portfolio
  • Identify leads, conduct outreach, and help move partners through the BD pipeline
  • Learn how manufacturing, compliance, and logistics work in a high-volume setting
  • Represent TRYGG's capabilities with confidence to brands and LPs

Ambassadorial & Expansion Work

  • Represent TRYGG as we explore and activate in new markets
  • Build relationships and set the tone for how TRYGG shows up in new regions
  • Support marketing, education, and outreach efforts that lay the groundwork for long-term success

Operations & Intelligence

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Mondays.com) to move faster, stay organized, and learn continuously
  • Track account activity, sales performance, and lead engagement
  • Collaborate with TRYGG leadership, marketing, and production

Requirements
  • Early in your career, but ready to own results and learn fast
  • A strong communicator who can earn trust with buyers, budtenders, and partners
  • Self-managed and action-oriented — you make your own calendar and follow through
  • Comfortable using modern tools and AI to work smarter
  • Based in BC, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Passionate about cannabis and excited to grow with a startup-style company
  • Ready to go deep — into the details, the data, and the deals
