Job Title: Data Entry Personnel (Excel)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to assist with short-term data input tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing records and accurately entering information into Excel spreadsheets. This role requires a high level of accuracy, focus, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret data from provided records
Input information into Excel spreadsheets with precision
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all entries
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform basic quality checks to identify and correct errors
Follow outlined procedures and timelines for data entry tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic
Additional Information:
This is an on-site position; a workstation and computer will be provided
Role is temporary, expected to last 2 - 4 weeks
