Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell TELUS products and services to new and existing customers
Meet or exceed sales targets through outbound calling, door-to-door visits, in-store interactions, or event-based marketing (based on channel)
Educate customers on the features and benefits of TELUS solutions
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Keep up to date with TELUS products, pricing, and promotions
Maintain accurate customer records and sales tracking in CRM tools
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or telecommunications an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
