Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies for institutional clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the dental/healthcare space.
- Manage and expand existing partnerships through tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and tender processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
- Report on performance metrics and forecasts.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or business diploma with experience considered).
- 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in dental or healthcare sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and market insight.
- Experience with Canadian institutional procurement systems.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
