Our client, a global oral health care company is seeking a Key Account Manger for their Professional Division. As a strategic sales professional you'll lead national account development within the oral care sector, focusing on institutional clients such as dental schools, public health programs, and government health bodies. The role involves managing key relationships, driving growth, and delivering strategic sales plans in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies for institutional clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the dental/healthcare space.
  • Manage and expand existing partnerships through tailored solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and tender processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Report on performance metrics and forecasts.

Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or business diploma with experience considered).
  • 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in dental or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and market insight.
  • Experience with Canadian institutional procurement systems.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
