We're actively seeking ambitious recent graduates with strong leadership potential for our client's Management Development Opportunity. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and access to profit-sharing. Please note: successful candidates may need to relocate within Canada for training—relocation support is available.

What You'll Experience
As a Management Trainee, you'll progress through a structured, five-phase development journey designed to give you hands-on experience across key business functions. From warehouse operations to sales, leadership, and team management, this program prepares you to take on future management roles across our client's locations nationwide.

Program Phases

  • Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics
    Learn the ins and outs of product flow—from vendor shipments to customer deliveries—while gaining familiarity with the full product catalog.
  • Phase 2: Operations
    Dive deep into daily branch activities, including customer service, inventory control, pricing, order processing, credit, and basic financials.
  • Phase 3: Inside Sales
    Step up your game by managing project-based sales, interpreting blueprints, and preparing detailed material lists and quotes.
  • Phase 4: Outside Sales & Account Management
    Develop new business, build long-term client and vendor relationships, and refine your negotiation and selling skills.
  • Phase 5: Supervisory Leadership
    Take charge of a team, drive strategic initiatives, and manage branch operations with the confidence of a seasoned leader.

By the end of this program, you'll be fully equipped to lead a branch or business unit, with a strong support system and nationwide opportunities to grow your career.


Requirements
  • Recent Graduate:
    A post-secondary degree or diploma is required (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred).
  • Leadership Potential:
    Demonstrated leadership experience or qualities—through academics, extracurricular, part-time work, or volunteer roles.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members across all levels—both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability & Willingness to Relocate:
    Must be open to relocating within Canada for training and future management opportunities (relocation support provided).
  • Customer Service Orientation:
    A passion for helping others and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving:
    Ability to assess situations, interpret information (such as blueprints and sales data), and make sound decisions.
  • Team Player with Entrepreneurial Drive:
    Motivated to take initiative, learn quickly, and grow within a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid Driver's License:
    Required for phases involving outside sales and account management.
