We are seeking a purpose-driven leader to spearhead global outreach and strategic partnerships for Safe Kids, Strong Moms. This role is about building a global movement. You'll lead the growth of our EMF Mothers Coalition, forge collaborative relationships with mothers' and women's groups, and introduce our signature programs—the EMR Smart Kids curriculum and the 18-Day EMF Home Reset—to schools and families worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and Launch 50 EMR Smart Schools in the Next 3 Months:
    Lead targeted outreach and partnership efforts to encourage adoption of the EMR Smart Kids Curriculum in schools worldwide, working closely with school administrators and educators.

  • Promote the 18-Day EMF Home Reset to 30 Families:
    Design and execute focused outreach campaigns to engage at least 30 families in the program, supporting their participation in home wellness initiatives.

  • Build the EMR Mothers Coalition and Volunteer Network (Next 6 Months):
    Establish and grow an international coalition of volunteer mothers advocating for EMF safety and children's health, while recruiting, onboarding, and leading mission-aligned volunteer teams focused on media, outreach, fundraising, and community-building.

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    Collaborate with teams to develop actionable project plans with clear objectives and timelines. Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) to assign tasks and track progress.

  • Partnership Building:
    Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, health professionals, and advocacy groups to broaden program reach.

  • Communication and Documentation:
    Serve as the central point of contact between leadership and volunteer teams, documenting project progress and maintaining alignment.

Accountabilities

  • Timely Execution:
    Ensure all projects and outreach initiatives are completed on schedule and meet organizational standards.

  • Outcome Ownership:
    Take responsibility for achieving the objectives of promoting 50 EMR Smart Schools and engaging 30 families in the 18-Day EMF Home Reset within 3 months, and building the EMR Mothers Coalition and volunteer network within 6 months.

  • Team Accountability Culture:
    Foster a results-driven environment where team members are clear on their roles, deadlines, and performance expectations.

  • Impact Tracking:
    Monitor and analyze outreach metrics and engagement data. Share insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.

  • Transparent Progress Reporting:
    Provide leadership with regular, accurate updates on progress, challenges, and action plans for course correction.

  • Consistency in Communication:
    Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum.
