Since 2010, our organization has provided true quality, service, and safety to all in many fields, including utilities, infrastructure, civil works, and environmental and landscape construction. We are WSIB's 2019 Gold-level winner of the Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Award, a multiple-time winner of IHSA's Recognition of Performance Achievement Milestone award, and a holder of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) for corporate health and safety.

Our values are our foundation:

Our team is paramount to our success, and it includes everyone. Our value of team manifests in courtesy towards all.

This team is ambitious. We embrace challenges, and we keep improving. We are true problem-solvers, seeking win-wins.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve on this team and complete meaningful projects. That gratitude must be repaid with a steady application of honesty and reliability.

Wellness for all remains front and centre through culture and standards that go beyond the elements of our award-winning health & safety management system.

If you love working outdoors, running equipment, and want to do highly varied and interesting work in a growing company, then this is a terrific opportunity.

Heavy Equipment Operator

As a heavy equipment operator, you'll be spending most of your time working with a variety of heavy machinery, primarily excavators but also including bulldozers, loaders, skidsteers and rollers, while making sure that the machines are in good working order. There will be many different tasks from day to day, so we need someone who's competent and willing to learn new skills. We also want someone who can work independently and can take initiative when there are unexpected challenges.

We offer competitive pay and hours and plenty of opportunity for growth and promotion. Here, you can build a career!

Working With Us

We're a service-oriented company that takes pride in building lasting, collaborative connections with all stakeholders. Getting it done isn't good enough; we want to work together to find quality approaches and solutions to all the challenges of this industry.

We take health and safety very seriously, and we expect all our employees to prioritize a safe work environment. We provide additional training to make sure everyone stays safe. We work hard to maintain our COR designation.

We focus on people and process, and we seek out challenging, multi-disciplinary projects. This is where we find success. Success means a win for all people involved in the project, and winning is what we do. We're not afraid to celebrate our success: we have a great team, and we like to reward them with parties, bonuses, and fun events for all their hard work.

The Details

This is a full-time position, with a starting hourly rate of $30-$40/hour, based on ability and experience. That's not all; we offer benefits and group RSP options after a waiting period, paid emergency days, paid overtime, and more!
