Server Position Summary:

As a Server at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Spruce Grove, AB, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service by serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally serving breakfast and lunch dishes to our guests.
• Efficiently prep and set up workstations and equipment, contributing to a smooth service environment.
• Consistently ensure food presentation and quality standards meet our high expectations.
• Contribute to a clean, sanitized, and organized restaurant environment, ensuring guests' satisfaction.
• Properly store food items, monitor stock levels, and communicate inventory needs to prevent shortages.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed, within our 7 am - 3 pm operating hours.
