Sales Representative – Full-Time | Growth Opportunity
We are a rapidly growing fundraising organization with over 80 offices across Canada and the United States, proudly representing some of the most respected charitable organizations in North America. We are currently seeking professional and driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis at our office located near Toronto Pearson Airport.
This position offers a guaranteed fixed salary—not commission-only—along with weekly pay and comprehensive paid training. Key Responsibilities:
Represent charitable campaigns in a professional, engaging manner through direct, face-to-face outreach
Communicate campaign missions clearly to generate awareness and long-term donor support
Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about partner organizations
Maintain detailed records of donor interactions and contributions
Participate in team meetings, events, and campaign strategy discussions
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential and existing donors
Collaborate across departments to support campaign operations and performance goals
Contribute to continuous improvements in sales and engagement strategies
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales and customer service, is considered an asset
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and conduct
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must be 18 years of age or older
Able to commute to our office located near Toronto Pearson Airport
