About the Role

Our client, Stream Nova, is TikToks top-tier live-streaming agency. We're hiring high-energy, responsible, and charismatic personalities to join our team as full-time Live Stream Hosts based in Guangzhou, China.

We are seeking multiple candidates to promote everyday products (home goods, electronics, pet gadgets, etc.) to U.S. audiences via TikTok Live.

This is a full-time contract requiring to be in studio 5-6 hours per day (100132 hours per month)- located in Guangzhou, China

This is a 1-year contract role. Relocation & visa assistance is available.

What You'll Be Doing

• From our HQ in Guangzhou, China host live TikTok streams showcasing everyday home products to North American audiences
• Use your friendly and persuasive presence to drive real-time product sales
• Engage viewers, build trust, and convert interest into purchases with the stamina to be on camera for 5+ hours a day
• Participate in short-form video shoots and promotional content
• Collaborate with an in-studio team of producers, translators, and editors
• Receive comprehensive training and on-the-ground support upon arrival

Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales development, retail sales, acting, bartending/serving, or other roles requiring strong communication and audience engagement
• Ability & desire to surpass live streaming sales quotas
• Native English speaker with excellent verbal skills
• Post-secondary education preferred but not required. High School is mandatory for visa purposes
• Physically and mentally healthy, with openness to adapting to Chinese culture
• Ability to thrive in new environments
• Final candidates must complete a criminal record check

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: CAD $4,000/month + paid training + performance bonuses

Note: The cost of living in Guangzhou, China is significantly lower than in North America. Most team members are able to live very comfortably and cover all monthly expenses with approximately CAD $1,500/month

• Commission 1% - 3% based on daily sales

• Housing, accommodation, flight & visa assistance is available
• Completion Bonus: Up to ¥5,000 (~CAD $900)

The Process
