As a Business Analyst, youll support strategic initiatives to improve service delivery models, operational efficiency, and technology adoption across the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex business analysis within a healthcare setting, developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing stakeholder and data inputs to inform executive decision-making.

• Guide and mentor teams of business analysts and consultants within large-scale transformation programs, overseeing the development of future state operating models, organizational design, financial modeling, and value stream mapping.

• Work closely with executive leadership, leading stakeholder workshops and facilitating business architecture and modelling efforts to support transition planning and capability development.

• Facilitate capability assessments and redesign workshops, developing recommendations and securing approvals from senior leadership.

• Support implementation and change management efforts for healthcare service delivery changes, with a focus on systems such as Allscripts/Altera EPR and Chart Tracking.

• Conduct strategic-level analysis and redesign of healthcare administrative services, with experience in Pyxis Upgrades and GE Pharmacy Centricity systems.

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certificate

• Valid ITIL Certificate in Service Management

• Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare-focused business analysis, including presenting findings to leadership and designing future state models and transition plans.

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing business analysts in transformation programs with concurrent projects.

• 5+ years of experience in business architecture and modelling with senior stakeholders.

• 5+ years facilitating capability redesign assessments and securing executive-level buy-in.

• 5+ years supporting change implementation within healthcare environments, particularly with Allscripts/Altera EPR and Chart Tracking.

• 3+ years analyzing and redesigning healthcare service administration, including work with Pyxis and GE Pharmacy Centricity.
