Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.

• Report sales progress and forecasts to management regularly.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through innovative strategies.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

• Experiment with new sales techniques to improve conversion rates.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in finance & insurance.

• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.

• Experience in using CRM tools to track sales activities and measure performance.

• Creative and innovative approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

• Experience in conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
