Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Key holder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while leading and developing your team.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout that aligns with company standards.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, inventory management, and sales tracking.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products as needed.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with product demos to enhance customer understanding of products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
