We're Hiring: Site Superintendent

(Full-Time | $90K–$100K)

Location: On-site

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 + Overtime

️ What You'll Do Lead daily site operations

Manage safety, schedules, logistics, and quality

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth execution

Track timelines and implement recovery strategies when needed

Enforce company safety protocols

Maintain detailed logs and documentation

Support estimating and pre-construction as required

Prepare and manage look-ahead schedules

✅ What You Bring

5+ years in a Site Super role (residential/commercial required)

Solid knowledge of materials, construction drawings, and processes

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools (asset)

Valid Supervisor Training, Working at Heights, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Proven ability to manage safety documentation and lead site compliance

Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget

Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings/weekends

Education & Experience Post-secondary education in Construction Management (asset)

Minimum 7 years in construction, 5 as Site Superintendent
