Responsibilities:
- Ensure Accessibility standards are met (AODA)
- Design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices
- Planning, implementing and supporting complex CRM systems
- Documenting processes and technical designs and updating build books
- Configurating and integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms
- Ensure development of application solution is implemented and in accordance with the business requirements
- Designing, developing, and implementing web applications that work across modern browsers and various platforms and mobile devices
- Conducting research and assessment of options for technical design issues
- Contributing to design/development project plans, including work breakdown and resources estimates
- Ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements
- Support User acceptance testing, defect management
- Ensuring compliance with architecture framework and system standards, and Agile Development Methodology
- Leading-edge technologies, design criteria including usability, security, and privacy for web and mobile applications
- Knowledge transfer and documentation as prescribed by the Project Manager and Manager
- Developing and maintaining system design models, program codes, technical documentation, and specifications
- Ensure development of application solution is implemented and in accordance with the business requirements.

Must Haves:
- Demonstrated Hands On - experience designing, supporting, developing, maintaining, and configurating Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce.com Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Dynamic Forms.
- Experience implementing AODA compliant solutions
Skill Set Requirements:
Salesforce Experience:
- 5+ years of experience (including recent experience) solutioning and hands-on configuring in Salesforce
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 3+ years experience with LWC
- Salesforce Dynamic Forms.
Design, Analysis, Development and Configuration:
- Demonstrated experience supporting, developing, maintaining, and configurating Salesforce solutions
- Hands-on experience configurating and troubleshooting of issues in Salesforce implementation and its integration with subsidiary systems in Development and Production environments
- Demonstrated experience configurating and integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting the development of prototypes and proof of concepts
- Demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents resolve issues
- Demonstrated experience documenting build books, working with staff on actual implementation document performance measures of the new environments
- Experience conducting fit/gap analysis between high-level requirements and Salesforce Public Sector capabilities
- Experience conducting diagnostics and determining methods to help incident management
- Experience implementing AODA compliant solutions
- Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce.com Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience on Integration: Salesforce with Internal Applications
- Should have clear understanding on Security settings, governor limits, platform limitations
- Good experience in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) preferably worked in Salesforce implementation project
- Should be comfortable working in Agile – epics, user stories, features, story points, etc.
- Knowledge on MuleSoft is a plus.

Public Sector Experience:
