Work Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday

• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (includes a 2-hour break).

• Friday

• 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Summary:

Jewish Niagara, located in the heart of Niagara Falls, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess/Cashier to join our team for the summer season. This role involves greeting guests, handling transactions, and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high standard of customer service to all guests

• Accurately process guest transactions, including credit and cash handling

• Answer phone calls professionally and promptly

• Provide guests with relevant information about the location or services

• Proactively look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude

• Maintain professionalism with both guests and co-workers

Requirements:

• Must be available to work all scheduled shifts from the start date through September 1st

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills

• Ability to stay energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment

• Keen attention to detail

• Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required
