We are seeking a Finishing Foreman / Assistant Finishing Site Superintendent to join our team and work closely with the Project Superintendent in managing all interior trades and finishings on multi-unit, wood frame residential developments.
Your first assignment will be a 230-unit, 6-storey project located in the SE of Calgary, with the goal of starting as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Calgary, AB, with projects located throughout the city.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all interior finishing trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the Project Superintendent and support overall site operations.
• Assist with inspections, deficiency tracking, and turnover preparation.
• Communicate clearly with trades, suppliers, and project management.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years in a leadership role in residential construction.
• Strong carpentry background preferred.
• Proven experience with multi-unit, wood frame buildings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license (required).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications.
