What You'll Do
* **Canvas neighbourhoods**—rain or shine—to spot homes that need a roofing upgrade, repair, or inspection.
* **Engage homeowners on the doorstep,** build instant rapport, and educate them on our reputation for quality, value, and service.
* **Book qualified appointments** for our project consultants (you generate the lead; they close the deal).
* **Track your activity** in our mobile CRM so every opportunity is captured and followed up.
* **Hit daily & weekly targets** that keep your base secure and commissions soaring.

What You'll Bring
* 1+ year of **door-knocking, canvassing, or outside sales** experience—roofing, solar, telecom, alarms, or similar.
* An unbeatable **work ethic, thick skin, and competitive mindset**—you feed off “no” until you get a “yes.”
* Strong, friendly **communication skills** and the confidence to start conversations on any doorstep.
* Physical stamina to walk for several hours and a **reliable vehicle or transit plan** to reach assigned areas.
* A smartphone (CRM app provided) and the ability to work late afternoons/early evenings when homeowners are in.
