ZGF is seeking a Receptionist to be based in our downtown Vancouver office as the front desk ambassador. This position is responsible for all reception operations as part of delivering excellence in design.
As a Receptionist, you will…
- Be responsible for front desk operations in an efficient, personable, , welcoming and professional manner
- Be responsible for greeting, signing in/out, and directing guests to meeting room, other office spaces
- Be responsible for maintaining staff, visitors and vendor security access
- Be responsible for office supplies, print orders, manage outgoing and incoming mail and courier deliveries
- Be responsible for maintaining daily, an organized office reception space, meeting rooms, kitchen (coffee machines, dishwashers), staff lounge, and other common areas
- Be responsible for meeting preparations to include meeting room reservations, meeting room prep/ room set-up, coordination of in-house catering and video conferencing and set up
- Organizes office meetings and supports office events
- Provide administrative assistance as needed for the general office or project needs which may include document proofing, editing, filing and project correspondence, document delivery, transportation booking
- Take initiative in supporting the overall effectiveness of the front desk and office - demonstrating a proactive, adaptable approach to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Other assignments, as needed
Qualifications:
- Professional behavior and welcoming disposition.
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Work experience in general administrative duties, including the use MS Office Suite

Base Salary Range
The current compensation range for this role is $37,000 to $45,000 CAD annually ($17.78/hour to $21.63/hour), dependent on education and experience.
