Position: Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY:
The Affinity Group Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team to manage Trade Notifications, POS, POP, manage product presentations, and assist with food show management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare e-campaigns and communications
- POS and POP Management
- Creating Product Presentations
- Assist with Food show Management
- Educate customers and sales team about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining product specifications sheets for client portfolios
- Assisting in developing marketing and sales presentations for internal and external audiences
- Prepare and manage all Trade notifications
- Ensure consistency across Affinity and client assets and tools
- Special projects as required
The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience considered an asset.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in Adobe/Illustrator/Canva
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff, and external partners.
- Critical thinker and ability to escalate when support is needed in a timely manner.
- Punctual and reliable
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Professional image at all times

- Must be passionate about food
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Work may be performed in an office, warehouse, or restaurant environment.
- Stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb.
- May have possible exposure to dust and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate demands of position (some weekends included)
- May require travel and some overnights may be required
