Position: Customer Service

Region: Richmond Hill, ON

Reports To: Operations Manager

Anticipated Start Date: March 1, 2022

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry person for our Richmond Hill office. This person will be responsible for processing all orders on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who is resourceful, results and detail-oriented, and demonstrates drive and initiative. Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and be proactive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders received via EDI, I-Trade, Email, and Phone
  • Handle all customer inquiries

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • MUST HAVE ORDER ENTRY EXPERIENCE
  • Have excellent command of the English language both written and oral
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented
  • Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Spire a definite asset
  • Outgoing and mature
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Be a team player
