SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry person for our Richmond Hill office. This person will be responsible for processing all orders on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who is resourceful, results and detail-oriented, and demonstrates drive and initiative. Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and be proactive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing orders received via EDI, I-Trade, Email, and Phone
- Handle all customer inquiries
The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- MUST HAVE ORDER ENTRY EXPERIENCE
- Have excellent command of the English language both written and oral
- Must be able to multi-task
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Must be able to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Spire a definite asset
- Outgoing and mature
- Organized, punctual, and reliable
- Professional appearance and manner
- Be a team player
