About the Role:As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will oversee complex and higher-profile Customer implementations on the Conexiom Platform. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless transition for customers from onboarding to full utilization. You are hyper-focused on time to value, setting up customers to meet and exceed their success measures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality implementations that meet and exceed customer requirements, ultimately contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction. As a senior team member, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting your colleagues by providing mentorship and coaching specifically related to Conexiom products and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive project plans for the implementation of the Conexiom platform, considering both company and customer strategic and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, customer success, customer support, product, and development, ensuring seamless alignment with customer goals and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, demonstrating leadership and strategic guidance.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication through regular status updates, reports and presentations to our implementation team members and project stakeholders.
  • Drive the successful execution of projects by overseeing budgets, tracking progress, and implementing strategic interventions as needed.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their intricate needs and requirements for the SaaS solution, providing expert consultation and guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams, ensuring precise translation of customer requirements into the implementation process.
  • Oversee the configuration and setup of the Conexiom platform solution according to documented customer requirements.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any complex technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training for customers to ensure optimal and effective utilization of the Conexiom platform.
  • Monitor and support advanced user adoption, proactively addressing any concerns or challenges throughout the entire implementation phase.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to guarantee that the implemented SaaS solution not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, ensuring it is defect-free.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including comprehensive business requirements documents, customizations, and customer-specific details.
  • Provide ongoing strategic support to customers post-implementation as assigned, addressing any additional needs or concerns with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customer success and customer support teams at a strategic level to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management and SaaS implementations, demonstrating advanced expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at a senior level.
  • Advanced technical proficiency to understand and troubleshoot complex SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Skilled at setting and managing expectations internally and externally
  • Experience delivering high-impact training to diverse groups, showcasing advanced communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, adept critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Outgoing, self-reliant, and able to take a leadership role in complex and dynamic situations.
  • Highly self-directed; demonstrates the ability to execute general goals and knows when and how to seek assistance from senior management.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing and Distribution is a valuable asset.
  • Experience with ERP administration and/or accounting to be an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Familiarity with core business processes like Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay, beneficial.
