Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiting Executive to lead the recruitment of licensed physiotherapists across Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinicians to meet patient demand. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role ideal for someone passionate about healthcare recruitment and scaling service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Proactively source and engage physiotherapists through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, university alumni networks, and professional associations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified and interested candidates.
Candidate Engagement & Screening
- Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening calls, and interviews to assess fit, licensure, experience, and availability.
- Promote the value of joining our platform, including flexible scheduling, patient volume, and clinical support.
Onboarding & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate credential verification, onboarding documentation, and system setup for new clinicians.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to operations and clinical teams for case assignment and scheduling.
Employer Branding & Campus Engagement
- Represent the company at virtual or in-person career fairs, industry events, and school recruitment drives.
- Partner with marketing to create recruiting materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of working with our platform.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM or ATS.
- Provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics and hiring targets.
Other
- Cold calling as needed
- Provide after-hours shift coverage (1x bi-weekly)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or allied health industries.
- Proven track record of high-volume hiring and candidate engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Familiarity with physiotherapy or healthcare licensing processes is a strong asset.
- Proficient with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and Google Workspace or MS Office.
