We are currently seeking a dedicated and people-focused Customer Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that genuinely improve their day-to-day lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing customers to understand their communication needs and recommend the most suitable Rogers products and services.

  • Clearly explain current plans, promotions, and features to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Deliver a high level of service by providing personalized, professional, and solution-based support throughout the customer journey.

  • Process transactions accurately and maintain organized, up-to-date customer records.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by applying a consultative and customer-first sales approach.

  • Stay informed about Rogers' latest offerings and industry trends to better serve your clients.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is an asset, but not required - training is provided.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and present solutions confidently.

  • A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers find what best suits their needs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

  • Familiarity with basic computer tools such as Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
