Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and creative bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development, optimization, and delivery of marketing and communication assets for our Digital Health team. This role is highly collaborative, supporting sales, account management, and operations to ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the client journey and across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, concise, and visually engaging digital marketing collateral to support sales efforts and platform adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce launch kits, campaign content, and materials for client events and challenges.
Create and deploy digital communications via campaign tools; track performance metrics like open rates, click-throughs, and engagement.
Support content creation and messaging consistency across digital platforms, templates, and user-facing communications.
Analyze campaign data and platform usage trends to inform future strategy and optimize user experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C communications or digital marketing.
Bilingual in English and Canadian French.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with digital marketing tools and campaign management platforms.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences and drive engagement through targeted content.
