Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team and help execute on our vision for delivering high-quality B2B SaaS solutions. In this tactical and execution-focused role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, QA, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful product experiences. You'll own the day-to-day delivery process and ensure that features are developed efficiently, thoroughly, and in alignment with customer needs.

This position reports to the Head of Product and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and loves bringing order and clarity to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and specifications

  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive, customer-centric designs

  • Drive sprint planning, manage backlog grooming, and lead daily standups

  • Ensure timely delivery of product milestones through active coordination across development, design, and QA teams

  • Document feature specs, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in tools like Azure DevOps

  • Facilitate QA processes and support testing efforts to maintain quality and functionality

  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback and usage data to guide continuous improvement

  • Track and report on product KPIs and delivery metrics

  • Conduct light competitor research and assist in market analysis to inform product decisions

  • Maintain clear internal documentation to support cross-team communication and GTM readiness

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or related tech industry

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

  • Demonstrated experience working in agile environments using tools such as Monday.com

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Figma, wireframing, or basic UX best practices

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project tracking systems

  • Understanding of product analytics and success metrics

  • Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Work Environment Requirements

This is a fully remote role. To be successful in this position, candidates must have:

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

  • A reliable high-speed internet connection

  • A modern computer capable of running cloud-based productivity and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Monday, Google Docs, Azure DevOps, Slack)

We are a globally distributed team, so clear and proactive communication—especially in writing—is critical to effective collaboration.
