Key Responsibilities
Core Service Sales: Sell Orion's primary offerings:
- IT Staff Augmentation
- Custom Software/Application Development
VoAgents Business Development:
- Identify and prospect decision-makers in Real Estate firms, Restaurants, and Dental clinics
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on subscription-based VoAgent solutions
- Develop tailored proposals that address industry-specific pain points
Lead Generation & Networking
- Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate new leads
- Cultivate strong industry relationships and partnerships to fuel pipeline growth
Account Management & Upselling
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional Orion services to existing accounts
Reporting & Collaboration
- Submit concise daily status reports to the CEO, highlighting pipeline activity and key wins
Compensation & Incentives
Monthly Fixed Compensation: CAD 3,000
Performance-Based Compensation: Up to CAD 1,000 per month, subject to achieving at least 70% of the CAD 150,000 quarterly sales target
Incentive Structure: Monthly sales above CAD 10,000 are incentivized
Reimbursements: Logistic and travel expenses reimbursed upon submission of bills.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
Familiarity with enterprise-level sales cycles and contract negotiations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
